2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking for any reason, including but not limited to seat unavailability, errors in pricing or service information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorize us to charge the total booking amount to your chosen payment method.
4. We use PayHere, a trusted third-party payment processor, to handle your payment information securely. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
5. Your slot is only confirmed once payment is successfully completed and a unique QR code is issued to you.

QR Code & Event Entry

1. Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique QR code which serves as your entry pass for the grooming session.
2. Each QR code is valid for a single use only. Do not share your QR code with others.
3. The HAIRPORT reserves the right to deny entry if the QR code has already been used, is invalid, or cannot be verified.

Returns and Refunds

Intellectual Property
