We accept cancellation requests within 48 hours from the date of booking, provided the event or session has not yet taken place. To be eligible for a cancellation, your booking must not have been used (QR code must not have been scanned/redeemed).
Once we receive your cancellation request and verify your booking status, we will notify you of the outcome. If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment via PayHere. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank — typically 5–10 business days.
